Our Mission Statement

Neptune City Housing Authority Senior Apartments is an independent living residence which is a Section 8 elderly property. Our property receives subsidies that are administered by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our goal is to provide apartments for all potentially eligible groups of people regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and familial status.

We provide zero bedrooms, and one-bedroom units for rent to elderly persons (62 years old and older). To be eligible for occupancy at this property, there must be a match between the applicant’s family size and the unit size available at our property.
